For more than fifteen years I’ve worked inside the systems that shape young lives: juvenile justice, mental health, early education, and workforce programs. That work started in Missouri and rural Arkansas and continues in Maryland. Today I lead Together for You, Inc., teach at two Maryland colleges, and am building HAVII, a youth wellness and mentorship platform.
